Mandy is a tired nurse who has a drug addiction, is on probation, and makes money, along with another nurse, Karen, by selling organs from dead hospital patients to a black market organ trader...
This evening Mandy will be working a double shift, and almost as soon as she is on the clock, she is holding up her part of the deal by delivering a much-needed kidney to her cousin-by-marriage Regina.

Mandy has recently recruited Regina to transport the organs from the hospital to the trafficker, Nick.
But on this particular night, it seems Regina has messed up.
When she arrives at Nick's place with what she thinks is the kidney, she, along with Nick, are completely surprised to find that the cooler Regina proudly transports the organs in does not contain the kidney...
Nick is angry and threatens to take out Regina's kidney if she doesn't bring him the one that's already been promised.
She checks her car, but it is not there.
So she goes back to the hospital, but it's not there either.
Now, because Regina is scared for her life, she needs Mandy to just give her a new kidney, and this makes for a very interesting night at the hospital...
