The story: Autumn is a quiet, withdraw, talented 17-year-old from Pennsylvania.
She hasn't been feeling well lately and suspects that she may be pregnant.
At a local clinic, Autumn finds out what she already knew.
While talking with a woman at the clinic Autumn finds out that there are many restrictions to having an abortion in Pennsylvania, but she must have one.
After telling her cousin of her dilemma, the two plan and take a trip to New York for the procedure.
When Autumn finally gets to the clinic in New York she learns of some things she didnt know about her pregnancy , making the whole situation a lot more complicated than she had planned.
