The story: Debbie and Pete are a married couple, with two young daughters, two failing businesses, and financial troubles.
They are also both close to turning 40.
Neither of them is happy about turning 40, nor are they happy about their lives in general.
Or at least they think they aren't.
While they struggle with things in their lives neither thinks they are getting the support they need and deserve from each other.
It will take many experiences along with their mutual unconditional love to remind the two that they are together for all the right reasons.
