The story : Nan Barlow has been attending lectures about witches and witchcraft in the 17th Century.
On her vacation , Nan wants to do some research of her own by going to the oldest place she can!
Her professor tells her of a place called The Raven Inn in Whitewood where the stories he has been telling his class happened.
Nan decides to follow his direction and go to stay in Whitewood for her research.
People are kind of odd there and not all friendly.
Nan has come to the hotel on a special holiday but she doesnt know about any of that yet.
