The story : It is New York in the winter of 1981.
It is a very violent time in New York with among many other things , mob killings.
Business man/family man Abel Morales is doing his best to run his multi-million dollar oil company while keeping his class and cool about him.
He takes great pride in not being a violent gangster type.
Recently , someone has been hijacking Abel's companys oil trucks , beating up his drivers and stealing many gallons of oil and money from his family made business.
Abel goes to the police but finds instead of them trying to help him stop these crimes , they are accusing him of being a shady , dishonest businessman.
Now more than ever , he must use his head and stand his ground to get the bottom of these crimes.
