Filmed in Utah and Arizona.
The story : 13-year-old orphan Wanda is bored as she hangs around the local barber shop.
She gets herself into the forbidden back room of the place where a very important poker game is in progress.
The loser of the poker game , who knows Wanda , trades her as he cannot pay the 100 dollars he owes.
Now Wanda is on the road to basically nowhere with good ole poker winner Beau.
While traveling they stop at a bar where Beau plans on hustling some guys at pool. After a while everyone in the place gets an earful of a boisterous story told by an old prospector known as Texas Curly about gold being hidden in the Grand Canyon.
On the way out of the bar , Texas Curly looses his bag of gold that later he is killed for.
Wanda happens to be the one who sees him drop it and she scoops it right up.
Now Beau and Wanda are on their way to find the gold while being trailed by men who are willing to kill them for the gold.
