Season 3. Episode 12.
The story: It is Christmas Eve. Hayden is a bit depressed about spending Christmas alone and without Christine.
They broke up a while ago because he didn't ask her to marry him.
So, after leaving her a message on her machine, he starts to accept the situation.
Just then, his daughter and son-in-law show up, claiming they cannot stand the thought of him being alone for Christmas and they are there to stay.
Also, son-in-law's parents are shortly behind them as well as Hayden's ex-wife.
After some time of everyone trying to rustle up as much Christmas cheer as they can without anyone puking, Hayden can't take it anymore.
A sympathetic talk with his ex-wife starts to make him feel better about things.
