The story: Cissy Mcclure is a young mother of one, who takes care of other children during the day along with her own.
On a nice day, Cissy has the children out in the yard to play. Crissy hears the phone ring, so she goes inside the house for a matter of minutes to take the phone call.
When Cissy arrives back out in the yard, she instantly notices her baby, 18-month-old Jessica, is nowhere that she can see her.
After frantically searching about the yard, the other children let her know that little Jessica is in fact down inside the water well right there in the backyard.
