The story: In 1987, Mitch and Eddie are college graduates from Wisconsin.
They decide they want to branch out and make a new start for themselves so they venture to Los Angeles.
They move into a small apartment, where they are warned by the realtor that their new neighbors can get loud.
That's when this story really gets in motion.
