The story: In 1987, a young girl with down syndrome disappears without a trace.
After a while, more young children with health issues come up missing as well.
Based on an urban legend, the young children were all abducted by a man who had worked at a mental asylum.
He became homeless when the asylum went under.
But he was also convicted of the killings and kidnappings, without much proof of his guilt.
