The story: As a child, Norma Jean lived with her mentally unstable mother.
But her mother was all that she knew.
Her mother would tell her about her father, that he was to be kept a secret and that he was waiting for the right time to meet her.
Eventually, young Norma Jean found herself in a foster home.
Fast forward to adulthood, Norma Jean is modeling and soon acting as well.
She jumps head first into rolls but doesn't see herself as much of an actress.
When she visits her mother it breaks her heart.
Broken, scared, and always in hopes of meeting her father, Norma Jean has now broken her way into Hollywood.
