Elvis (2022)

Released June 24th in the US.
Filmed in Australia.
Based on truths.
The story: Elvis Presley had a God-given talent for music.
At a young age, Elvis found himself on a small record label, with a pretty popular single.
That single got him a lot of attention.
Some of that attention was granted by an aging businessman named Colonial Tom Parker, who called himself the Snowman.
The snowman had his hands in the carnival business but began taking up overseeing musical artists.
When he heard about Elvis he believed the two needed to work together.
The day the two finally met, the Colonial explained he wanted to make Elvis a big star, and that's just what he did.
By being Elvis' manager, the Colonial changed his life.
Elvis became rich and famous, making all of his dreams come true.
But it was a lot of work that was constantly changing his life as he knew it, which gradually took a toll on the person was.
The times were always changing.
In the end, it was the Colonial that many blamed for the King's lack of direction and untimely death.
But with an unhappy man, there are always outside influences.
