Made for Canadian television, airing sometime in the winter of 1974.
The story: Long ago, Winter was just a dreary, cold time of year.
There was never any snow.
Some people got bored of the cold, dreary weather and decided to go visit the Minister of Winter and ask for some sort of change.
The people all got together, planned their trip, and vowed to return home by Christmas time.
On they went, walking for days until they arrived at the office of the Minister of Winter on Christmas day.
After asking for some sort of change and getting sent away, the Minister of Christmas overheard some of the kids asking why he is so mean.
After asking for some sort of change and getting sent away, the Minister of Christmas overheard some of the kids asking why he is so mean.
While listening, the Minister of Winter began to cry which produced snow.
