The story : Rich and famous , crazy and creepy Dr. Genessier has been living with a major guilt trip.
Sometime ago , the doctor caused a horrible car wreck involving himself and his young , beautiful beloved daughter.
The doctor came out of the wreck just more guilty and creepy but his daughter was not as lucky.
His daughter came out of the wreck without a face....
Since then , the doctor has been working like a madman trying to reconstruct his daughters face.
With the help of his secretary/assistant , the doctor has been kidnapping young women and killing them in order to find the perfect face to replace his daughters.
