The story : Sixty years ago , in the town of Texakana , a killer known only as the phantom had gone around , brutally killing young people.
Every year , to the day the killings began , the people of Texakana all get together at the local drive-in to watch the movie that made the killer and his killings noteworthy.
This year the tradition is no different.
Hunky Corey has asked timid Jami on a date.
Where else to go but to the drive-in.
Midway through the movie and Corey notices Jami isnt having much fun.
She just doesnt like these sorts of movies. (waaaaah)
So of course gentleman Corey has no problem leaving.
Now its off to a secluded spot in the woods for a bit of alone time.
While kissing , Jami notices a man wearing a sack on his head spying them in the nearby woods.
Jami tells Corey and they sit and watch the man watch them.
Corey doesnt take this seriously at all and figures its just some jerk from the drive-in looking to mess with them.
Yea , mess with them....thats it.
Seriously Corey , that was your warning man.
