Filmed in Washington DC and Virginia.
The story : Young blood Albert has hitched from Georgia all the way to DC to hang around the cab company owned and run by his recently deceased dads' best army bud Harold.
Albert is thinking of running and owning his own cab company some day and knows nothing more than what his father has bragged about Harolds' efforts.
Albert meets the bunch of crazies who all work at the cab company and wants to learn everything he can from them , without any prejudices.
While learning the ropes and getting to know everyone , Albert is caught up in a kidnapping scheme.
Now he needs his hopefully new friends to save him.
