The story : Graham Merill is just a working class guy.
One day he passes by the local pet shop , where he spies in the window a very playful otter.
The otter , seems to be spying Graham very closely as well.
After sometime , Graham decides to take the otter home as his pet.
He tries to accommodate his new friend but ends up realizing an apartment is no place for an otter.
So , learning as he goes along , Graham takes his happy little otter and moves on out to the country , by the water.
Now his new pet will be where it ought to be.
