The story: In Niagara Falls, people aren't very happy.
It seems their local arms manufacturing company is out of business, basically due to there not being any wars!
Not only are many people out of work, but they all blame the President of the United States.
So the President and his advisers decide they will pick a fight with Canada.
Their plan works as everyone in Niagara Falls believes they are in fact the indirect threat of Canada attacking them.
