The story: Tim Stoker is a young boy who is into monsters and monster movies.
When his mom takes a job as a home nurse, Tim and his mom find themselves living in the home of the infamous monster movie maker, Dexter Brisbane.
While cleaning out the basement of the house, Tim comes across a horror movie made by Brisbane but never before seen by anyone.
Tim watches the movie on Halloween night, but by watching the film he awakens some things that are far beyond his imagination.
