The story: Little Dougy is a pretty happy kid. He is really into the latest video game and the star of that is who he will be this Hallows Eve.
Dougy is expecting his older sister home from college for the holiday but when she brings along her beau, well little Dougy just ain't having any of that.
While out and about, Dougy meets up and befriends a very odd fellow...who helps Dougy get the job done.
