The story: Big and Little Edie live a very charmed life.
That is until years after big Edies marriage dissolves.
The two see their hopes and dreams fly out the window with the breeze while trying to survive at their beloved home Grey Gardens.
But without any staff and no real means of a regular income, the two find themselves living in squaller and being threatened of losing everything they've ever owned.
Niece Jacqueline gets word of what has become of her aunt and cousin and out of guilt steps in to help save their home.
