The story: Precious is a 16-year-old mother, going to school and living with her extremely abusive mother.
She gets good grades in school, despite her home life.
But because the school she attends finds that she is with child once again, they advise her to attend an 'alternative' school.
This new experience opens a whole new chapter in the young mothers' cruel life.
