The story: In 1944 Germany, World War ll is at its peak of destruction, due to its unruly and inhuman leader Hitler.
A bunch of German men serving in the war decides they've had enough of Hitler strong-arming them and the country they love.
Newly appointed Colonel, von Stauffenberg comes up with a scheme to follow through with the rewritten version of Operation Valkyrie - an emergency government operations plan developed by Nazi Germany, which stated that failure of the government maintaining control of civil affairs by allied bombing and was changed to help German soldiers be free of their oaths of loyalty to Hitler, in the event that their government was not for them.
All of this to stop the war and spare all the lives it brutally and unnecessarily took. This set the stage for Hitler's arrest or death.
The new plan is written to turn against Hitler, in an effort to take him out of command completely and save Berlin.
Stauffenberg and his helpers are the last known attemptees on Hitlers life before his suicide the following year.
Their brave efforts cost them their lives , due to a few mistakes , whom no one involved in the plot ever seen coming. The attempt was the only way out of Hitlers grip.
