This film consists of ten short stories by ten different directors.
1. 'Sweet Tooth' : After trick or treating , Mikey is going crazy eating as much of his candy that he can.
The babysitter and her beau decide to tell Mikey the story of Sweet Tooth.
Sweet Tooth was a child who got revenge against his parents who always allowed him to trick or treat but never allowed him to eat any of his candy.
2. 'The Night Billy Raised Hell' : Billy is tricked into doing pranks on Halloween by his sister and her beau.
But the first person Billy tries playing a trick on shows him what will really happen if he plays tricks on people.
3. 'Trick' : Four people just chilling on Halloween are taking turns answering the door for trick or treaters.
One child causes one the four harm , which sets in motion a chain reaction of hurt on the four due to a trick or treaters need for revenge.
4. 'The Weak and the Wicked' : Some bullies finally get a payback for killing a kid their ages' innocent parents from the demon of All Hallow's Eve.
5. 'Grim Grinning Ghost' : While at a Halloween party , Lynn's mother tells a creepy tale of Mary Bailey who was tortured due to a disfigured face. Lynn meets Mary...
6. ' Ding Dong' : Every Halloween Bobbie gets depressed. All she wants is a child. Bobbie eventually comes up with a great idea for giving out candy and getting to see and maybe capture , the kiddies.
7. 'This Means War' : A guy who takes his Halloween decorations and pranks seriously flips his lid when his neighbor tries competing with him but not very seriously.
8. 'Friday the 31st' : A killer who looks like Jason Voorhees has killed a bunch of Halloween party goers. After finishing off his last victim , he is met by a pestering little alien who changes the course of things to come.
9. 'The Ransom of Rusty Rex' : Two bank robbers decide to try their hand at kidnapping a rich guys kid for ransom. But when they call Mr. Rex and ask for the cash to get his kid , he doesnt want him back...

I am a great lover of the original 'Death Note' , so I had to watch this.
I liked the characters and the beginning a lot but I also thought it dragged halfway through too.
Not bad even though I personally didnt see a need to remake such a dope movie in the first place!

The story : Light is a bright high school student who spends his time doing other peoples school work for cash.
Sitting outside school , writing papers , a strong wind blows in and a book falls from the sky to Lights feet.
He picks it up and hurries for shelter out of the surprise rain storm.
While doing so , Light witnesses a male student being bullied , then a female.
Light steps in but wakes up in the rain with all his work on the ground.
Being found out , Light recieves after school detentions.
As he sits in the detention room unattended, he decides to check out the book.
Thats when he is visited by Ryuk , the one who dropped the book with Light.
He slightly explains what it is and what it can be used for , telling Light to try it out.
Soon Light finds a way to use his new book to many peoples advantage but there is a dangerous curve.
