The story : Skipper Todd is a 23-year-old who hangs out with all the local teens.

He has a great car , apartment and no job because he lives off of a weekly allowance from his mother...

Everyone just loves him and will do just about anything he asks.

Even the older folks at the old age home that his mother runs love him.

But Skipper isnt the fantastic guy everybody thinks he is.

Skipper is bad news with even worse ideas.

When his new girlfriend that he cannot live without finds out that he is a cold blooded killer , she believes that he will not be happy until he kills her as well.
