Released February 25th in the US.
Filmed entirely in California.
The story: Rock N Roll band the Foo Fighters are ready to make their tenth album.
They want it to be epic. Something very different than anything they've done before and they want it to take place at an extraordinary studio.
But they don't know where to start.
Explaining the dilemma to their manager Shill, who claims to not give a shit what they do as long as they make him a lot of money, Shill tells them he knows just what they're after.
He makes a call and gets them a walk-through of a studio/house which hasn't been used since the early 90s in Encino.
When the Foo Fighters get there, Dave isn't convinced it's the right place for them.
But then, he gets a feeling...and he hears the right sound...
That's when he decides to take the house and proceeds to convince the rest of the band that they must live there, to finish the album, which shouldn't take long at all.
But right away, things don't go good at all, then Dave gets writer's block.
It isn't until Dave stumbles onto something sinister in the house does he start getting inspired.
But he also becomes someone none of the rest of the band knows.
