The story: Henry is a serial killer...
He makes his kills in the city of Chicago when no one is looking.
Henry is staying with Otis, a friend he made while the two were in prison.
But Henry is planning to move on to California soon.
When Otis' sister Becky comes to stay with him for a while, she takes an instant liking to Henry and as the two get to know each other, he becomes increasingly protective of her.
One night while Henry and Otis are out for some fun, Henry kills two women they picked up.
Freaked, Otis doesn't know what to think but soon Henry talks him into believing it's fine.
Next, Henry is encouraging Otis to kill but it's only a matter of time before Henry turns on Otis as well.
