Filmed entirely in New York.
The story : Egotistical Brian is engaged to get married to the love of his life.
He has decided to sublet his ever-so-important bachelor pad to another tenant just so he can keep the place.
Brian's plan is to have a place for him and his pals to go to hang out a couple nights a week.
The other tenant is to rent the place the rest of the time.
Meanwhile Sam is a serious guy who is sharing a small , messy apartment with way too many people.
This is only cause he has recently broken up with his girlfriend , who he was living with.
So Sam is looking for another place and happens to see the ad in the paper for Brians.
Sam goes to see the place and loves it right off the bat.
Then he finds out that he will only be able to stay there two nights of each week , as the guy who owns the place will be there a couple nights and yet another , female tenant will be there the other two nights.
This works perfect for Sam and after sometime he gets to be interested in the female tenant by sharing notes and food without even meeting her in person.
