The man leaves Emily his card , as well as checking in on her from time to time.
Emily decides to get a new place to live but someone is watching Emily , stalking her every move.
When Emily gets close with the male police investigator , her stalker doesn't like it very much.

While the time spent in Jonestown , the Congressman spoke to many who lived there.
He understood that they were mostly happy to be there. But there were some that asked for his help in leaving.
When the Congressman broke the news of some of the Jonestown followers wanting to leave , it angered Jim Jones even more.
All Jim was trying to do by keeping his peoples' lifestyle out of the media was being manipulated by the visit and it had to stop somewhere.

The story : It's the evening of Friday , October 13 , 1987 in Patten , Maine.
Seth and another guy were driving when all of a sudden , some sort of crazy neon blue light has apparently shot down from the sky and sucked up Seth's buddy right before his very eyes.
Seth freaks and drives to his buddies Mark and Jen's house.
He tells Mark all about what happened but of course Mark doesn't believe him.
The next thing we know , the crazy neon blue light has summonsed Mark and poof! takes him away as well.
Two years later , Seth has been having horrible nightmares and health issues due to losing his friends the way he did , while Jen has gone on with her life.
Seth decides to visit with Jen. He tells her something bad is going to happen but he can't explain it.

Later on , Max meets up with Nicki at his house.
While looking through his video collection , Nicki stumbles upon a video called 'Videodrome'.
Max explains that she probably wont like it and that it's pretty violent.
But she puts the video on anyways.
This brings the two of them into a dangerous hallucinatory world beyond either of their imaginations.

The story : Doctor Bennell has just arrived back into town after a two week vacation.
His secretary informs him that many of his patients have been in need of his help for the whole two weeks , calling constantly.
First day back on the job , none of his patients seem to be in any great dire need of his help after all.
Pretty strange but that's about as much thought as the doctor puts into it.
But then , a young boy is brought into the office by his grandmother who claims that the boy is afraid to go home.
The woman who looks like his mother is not acting like his mother and he is frantic about it.
Doctor gives the boy two aspirin and tells his grandmother to keep him overnight.
Next , a longtime girlfriend of the doctors arrives telling him that her cousin is claiming that the man who looks like her father is not her father.
So the doctor pays them all a visit and sees nothing out of the ordinary. It isn't til later on that evening that the doctor actually sees some proof to all the stories he's been hearing.
