The story : Jordan Turner is a 911 phone operator. She really enjoys her job and the people she works with. When Jordan gets a 911 call from a young girl that she finds out the police didn't get to in time , its too much for Jordan to handle.
Jordan quits being a 911 phone operator but becomes someone who trains people to do what she once loved doing.
When Jordan finds herself once again in the same position she was in that faithful day that young girl was found dead , she cannot just sit back and wait for the police to find her. Jordan is going to take matters into her own hands.
