Killer Ratings : The Investigation (2019)

Made for Netflix , airing on instant streaming May 31st in the US.
Season 1. Episode 2.
The story: Wallace publicly claims that he is being framed, by the story of a former military police officer now in federal custody, Moacir "Moa"Jorge.

Moa is clearly scared for his safety and is believed by the public to have told a false story to save his own hyde.
Wallace claims that he has no recollection of Moa but when the media gets a hold of photos of the two together at Wallace's home, the story takes yet another turn.
Now contradicting himself, Wallace claims Moa is a friend of his oldest son, Raphael.
The day the pictures were taken, Raphael was having a cookout at the house.
The guests were friends.
Wallace is now a State Rep and trying for Secretary of Security.
The media coverage hasn't really shaken the people from being under his wing while publicly attacking political opponents as well as law enforcement.
After an attack on the federal jail where Moa was being held, law enforcement decided that it had to have been an attempt at his life and hid him.
Police then got a Task Force together, driven by finding out the whole, real truth.
All the people who knew Wallace personally claimed they had never seen him do anything wrong and stood by that.
But Moa's story contradicted all things that Wallace claimed about his own innocence and during all of which, Wallace could still be seen hosting 'Canal Rivre' stating that criminals should be shot and killed.
Many witnesses, as well as drug dealers and criminals, continued to be murdered and it all coincidentally looked like Wallace was at the head of the case.
But after a forensic investigation of the explosion at the jail the investigators came to the conclusion that is was not what they believed it was...
Another part of Moa's supposed false confession stated that Wallace's son Raphael was also involved in the murders and he was called in to testify.
Then...Moa's wife went public, stating Moa told her that his confession was false and forced.
