Rex has just been released from prison and has his sights set on traveling to Finland...
While at the airport he is recognized by many, although among those people a strange couple is talking in Finnish and staring at him oddly.

When he awakens, Rex finds himself tied up, hanging, from a ceiling in a basement that he does not recognize.

But as days go by and the storm passes, being inside the bathroom still feels like the safest place to be.
As things get worse and worse, and more terrifying by the hour, Melissa begins believing that the reason her family and herself are stuck in the position they are in is due to some evil-spirited hocus pocus she and her friend Amy conjured up before everything hit the fan.

The story: Mickey and Jules are hellbent on getting to Florida.

After holding up a convenience store and getting away with it, the lovers are on the road to their dreams.
Then, they unexpectedly run out of gas in what seems like the middle of nowhere.
While trying to think of what to do next, they realize the long quiet road they are stuck on bares a home.

Instead, they find a young girl chained up in the basement.
This makes Jules crazy and she dedicates herself to taking the girl with them when they leave, which sets them back way too far.
