The story: Terry Griffith is a pretty, popular and smart high school student who wants to be a journalist.
When her teacher gives her a lecture on why she cannot win the essay contest, she feels it is really only because she is a girl that she shouldn't enter.
She decides to enroll in another high school - but as a boy to get her writing taken more seriously.
